Heinkel 219 UHU UPPER WING AND FUSELAGE COMPARTMENTS

Wing compartments for ammunition and Mauser MG 151 machine guns, top fuselage cargo caps, and air intake grilles on the leading edge of the wings.

The Heinkel 219 was a fighter specifically designed to shoot down night bombers over Germany. Incorporating important technical advances such as radar, a pressurized cabin, and a double cannon in the column of the fuselage to fire from below at bomber formations.

This model has been tested in fit and dimensions in the 1/48 scale model of the Tamiya Heinkel 219.

Piezas
It includes the structures and covers of 6 wells in the wings, the body of 2 MG 151 machine guns, ammunition belts for the wells, 3 caps for loading tanks in the fuselage and 3 protective grilles for the air inlets that are on the leading edges of the wings.

Does not include the model of the Heinkel 219.

Montaje
The assembly requires making cuts in the fuselage and wings to insert the parts. This is a delicate work to align and fine tune the edges of these compartments to the surface of the wings.

Scratch
Minimal scratch work is required, consisting of adding by the modeler 6 supports for the wing covers.
